JetBlue Terms and Conditions are in effect when travelling on a JetBlue flight, regardless of the flight itinerary or carrier. By purchasing a ticket for any JetBlue service, you consent to all the Terms and Conditions. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using any kind of service provided by JetBlue. Here are the policies and procedures you should know before booking a JetBlue flight. 

Contract

All flights operated by JetBlue Airways and its affiliated companies are governed by JetBlue’s Contract of Carriage. The Contract is entered into at the time each passenger purchases a ticket for any JetBlue service, whether through an online booking or over the telephone. By purchasing a ticket for any JetBlue service, you consent to all the terms and conditions contained in the Contract. 

As per the Contract, your chosen seat will be reserved, and a confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the payment is received from your end. If any unavoidable changes are made after the booking, neither we nor any of our service providers will be made accountable. We request that you thoroughly read the Terms and Conditions before using our services. 

Booking with Jetblue

Booking a JetBlue flight with the JetBlue website or through check-in agents is subject to, among other things, the conditions of carriage outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Customers are urged to verify that all the details (Name, Age, Phone Number, and other data) provided by you while purchasing tickets from JetBlue are correct and up to date to your knowledge. 

Changes made after a booking are subject to additional charges. 

Payment

To make sure your payment is received, we may require you to provide a credit card or other method of payment in advance. The charges will be deducted according to the schedule described in your confirmation email. The charges may vary depending on the credit card type and issuing bank. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please try using the provided links to check whether you have been charged successfully. Order cancellations are accepted within 5 minutes from placement via our online portal 

Cancellation Policy

JetBlue’s overall cancellation policy is 12 consecutive calendar days from your scheduled travel dates, except for certain special circumstances that could prevent us from honouring your ticket, or when the passenger is responsible for missed or delayed flights and there are no alternate flights. 

Ticket Confirmation

After the ticket is issued and confirmed by JetBlue, passengers will receive a confirmation mail. All the passengers should know that the ticket is non-transferable and may not be used as a gift or to solicit any third party. You may be asked to present the ticket at check-in, baggage claim or when boarding the aircraft. All the passengers are requested to review their confirmation and ensure that they are ready to fly.  

Note: Changes must be made at least 48 hours (about 2 days) in advance of departure to be accommodated. 

Insurance Policy

All passengers and baggage are safeguarded by insurance for the protection of life, property and personal effects against loss or damage by fire, lightning, smoke and perils of the air when travelling with JetBlue.  

Ensure that you avail yourself of the insurance policy being provided by JetBlue when you purchase your tickets. If you forget to avail yourself of the coverage in advance, neither we nor any of our service providers will be held responsible. 

Discount Policy

All travel discount fares are subject to change without notice and may not be available on all fares. JetBlue makes no representation or warranty regarding the availability of a discount fare or any other fare on our Web Site. JetBlue shall have no obligation to honour a discounted fare offered by an intermediary. JetBlue reserves the right to impose charges for the issuance of discounted fares, including but not limited to advance seat selection fees, services fees and facility or airport surcharges or taxes. 

Important Note: Certain limitations apply while availing the discounts such as Availability is limited, one discounted price per person and different types of fares cannot be combined.
